ODIEC Issues Certificates of Return to Hon. Dipo Ajibola and Hon. Mrs. Biola Ijimakinwa.

The Ondo State Independent Electoral Commission (ODIEC) has officially issued Certificates of Return to the newly elected Executive Chairman of Ifedore Local Government, Hon. Dipo Ajibola, and the Executive Vice Chairman, Hon. Mrs. Biola Ijimakinwa. This significant event, held at the ODIEC headquarters, marks the formal recognition of their resounding victory in the just-concluded local government elections.  

Speaking during the ceremony, ODIEC Chairman commended the people of Ifedore for their peaceful conduct during the elections and emphasized the commission’s commitment to ensuring free, fair, and credible elections across the state. He also congratulated Hon. Ajibola and Hon. Ijimakinwa on their well-deserved victory, urging them to deliver on the promises made to the people of Ifedore.  

Hon. Dipo Ajibola expressed his profound gratitude to the good people of Ifedore for their overwhelming support and trust, which enabled this historic victory. He acknowledged the efforts of ODIEC in conducting a transparent and democratic process, as well as the unwavering support of his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), throughout the journey.  

In his remarks, Hon. Ajibola pledged to focus on critical areas of development, including infrastructure, economic empowerment, education, and healthcare. He assured the people of Ifedore that his administration, alongside Hon. Mrs. Biola Ijimakinwa, would deliver the dividends of democracy and work tirelessly to make Ifedore a model of progress and inclusivity.  

Hon. Mrs. Biola Ijimakinwa, in her address, extended her appreciation to ODIEC for the smooth electoral process and to the people of Ifedore for entrusting her with this responsibility. She reaffirmed her commitment to advancing the well-being of all residents and working hand-in-hand with Hon. Ajibola to create a brighter future for the local government.
